If you are interested in learning more about how Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, online sharing and storytelling can benefit your organisation or community group, then this is definitely for you.
The concept is simple. We provide a space in which you can bring your questions and put them to Social Media Experts. You will then have up to two hours to sit with someone and work through any questions, issues or concerns that you have. We will not stand at the front of the room and lecture you, we will not set an agenda for what can be discussed; this is your opportunity to raise issues specific to your organisation and together we will find a solution.
The Preston Social Media Surgery is for charities, community groups, residents groups and anyone with an interest in making Preston’s third sector a stronger and more digitally engaged community. Our surgeons are experienced, enthusiastic, and will not baffle you with jargon and terminology.
Our role is to make Social Media easy to understand and accessible to everyone.
