Our social media surgeries are for charity and voluntary groups to learn web skills to help them do what they do. The surgery format is a drop in session where you can gain free one-to-one advice from one of our voluntary 'surgeons' - local bloggers with a bit of knowhow about social media and how the web works.

These are free informal sessions run on a voluntary basis by those with a passion for social media and how it can be used in the voluntary sector.

The surgeries were set up by Hannah Waldram, a local blogger working for the Guardian, and Ed Walker, a local blogger for Media Wales. We also have a host of happy surgeons who will help out at these events.
